Cancellation Policy

At GAYISHA, we value your shopping experience and strive to process your orders quickly.

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • To request a cancellation, you must email us at support@gayisha.com or reach us via the Contact Us section on our website.

  • After 12 hours, cancellations will no longer be eligible as the order would have already been processed.

Refund Policy

We currently do not offer refunds on any purchases.

Return Policy

We offer a 24-hour return window only for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Return requests must be initiated within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Return Process:

  1. Contact us at support@gayisha.com with your order details and clear pictures of the damaged or incorrect item.

  2. Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will issue a return shipping label along with detailed return instructions.

  3. Kindly do not send back any items without prior approval, as unrequested returns will not be accepted.
